The River is a film about learning to be true to yourself and accept that who we are isn't always what we want to be.

After having been broadcast for over 10 years in Norway and having become an extremely popular show, the same creators have decided to produce a series set in the UK. The story is set in a farm and the main character is a 'living' tractor.
The young daughter of an oppressive farmer desperately tries to free herself from the conservative community she lives in. The encounter with a migrant worker will give her the strength she was looking for.
